We were involved in one of the largest urban losses in recent years in Spain: the fire at the Campanar building in Valencia. A loss of extreme technical and media complexity, with damages assessed at over 28 million euros, which required immediate, rigorous and highly specialised expert intervention. Our team led the concurrency management across different policies, as well as the technical coordination of multiple loss adjusters and specialist teams, providing sound judgement, order and certainty in a critical situation. A clear example of our ability to manage major claims with precision, reliability and leadership.
ZARAGOZA Fire

We were involved in the fire at a large-scale residential building in Zaragoza, which occurred in July 2025, affecting more than 40 homes, communal areas and 19 vehicles, with a total value exceeding €1.1 million. The incident presented a high degree of technical complexity due to the structural damage, the communal facilities and the need for the rapid restoration of essential services. Our team led the coordination of loss adjusters, technicians, architects and repair contractors, as well as the comprehensive management of claims involving both communal and private insurance policies, ensuring technical rigour, cost control and optimised recovery times. A case that demonstrates our ability to manage major residential claims with competence, method and leadership.
Claim: Valle de Aran
Date of occurrence: 7 August 2025
We were involved in the fire at a multi-family residential complex in Salardú (Val d’Aran), which occurred in August 2025 and severely affected 12 homes, communal areas and the roof, resulting in a prolonged period of uninhabitable conditions. A claim of high technical and organisational complexity, with a total valuation exceeding €1.38 million, further complicated by the terrain and the severe weather conditions in the area. Our team led the coordination of multiple loss adjusters, forensic technicians, architects and specialist firms, as well as the comprehensive management of claims involving numerous insurers, bringing order, rigour and financial control to the process. A clear example of our ability to manage major residential claims with technical expertise, a global vision and expert leadership.
