How are video assessments carried out at onSedi?
At onSedi, video assessments help those affected by an incident resolve their issues quickly thanks to the trust and personalised attention of our experts. This is how we do it:

You will send a link for the client’s mobile device to connect with you.
The policyholder doesn’t need to install anything. By clicking the link, their mobile becomes your eyes.

Tele-presence using advanced technology
While speaking with the policyholder, you can take photos and measurements, guiding them to determine the scope of the claim and the repair valuation. Our technology geo-positions both the mobile device and the photos as they are taken.

Expert analysis
The report is prepared directly on our platform, speeding up the process and ensuring both the client and the rest of the team have access to the necessary information at all times.

How is a Technical Report created?
At onSedi, preparing technical reports is a collaborative experience where adjusters always have the support of the specialised team. This is how we do it:

You start your report based on the agreed scope and objectives.
The Commercial Department manages all service aspects in advance.

Technical visit using advanced technology
So you can focus on what matters, during your visit you can use onSedi’s advanced technology to, for example, take photos, notes and/or measurements.

Technical analysis
At this stage, you will apply all your expertise with the support of onSedi’s specialised team, evaluating, for example, the state of conservation and the interventions required. This step is key to proposing effective solutions.

Report preparation
Based on your conclusions, the onSedi report is issued, presenting the full analysis in a clear and complete document, including proposed actions that help plan improvements.

Continuous commercial support
The onSedi report is delivered to the client by the Commercial Department, which also explains the conclusions and proposes the next steps you have defined.

With onSedi Capta, users can include relevant information about the evaluation of a building’s condition in each photograph taken through the app. Once synchronised with onSedi’s Digital Building Book (LED), this information can be used to prepare the final technical report.
