Building Passport

We prepare digital energy renovation plans that help owners and managers improve building efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions.

The Building Passport is the evolution of the existing Building Book towards more efficient and transparent energy management, aligned with the European Directive 2024/1275 on energy efficiency.

This digital tool guides property managers and private owners in the planning, implementation and monitoring of energy improvements throughout the entire life cycle of the property.

Why choose onSedi

Aligned with European regulations.

onSedi adapts the current Existing Building Books (LEEx) to a version compatible with the Building Passport, anticipating the requirements of Directive 2024/1275 and guaranteeing access to future grants and refurbishment programmes.

Technology and traceability.

The Passport is integrated into onSedi’s digital platform, allowing real-time access to technical reports, grant status, intervention history and updated documentation.

Planning and control.

We transform technical data into a clear roadmap, with priorities, estimated costs and review dates to facilitate decision-making.

Expert advice.

Our team supports property managers and owners’ associations throughout the entire process: from the initial diagnosis to the implementation of energy improvements and the processing of grants.

With the Building Passport, you can:

Understand the real condition of your building and its opportunities for improvement.

Plan refurbishments based on technical and profitability criteria.

Easily access information on grants and funding schemes.

Prioritise investments according to energy impact and economic return.

Increase the value of the property and its energy rating.

Comply with new European regulations before they become mandatory.

How it works

1. Initial analysis

We assess the current condition of the building through the Technical Building Inspection (ITE) and the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

2. Energy diagnosis

We identify the main areas for improvement and calculate the potential energy and cost savings.

3. Action plan (Passport)

We define a medium- and long-term renovation pathway, prioritising interventions according to impact, cost and regulatory requirements.

4. Monitoring and updating

All actions are documented and updated in the Digital Building Book (LED) as new improvements or inspections are carried out.
