Our history

onSedi has always combined the technical excellence of its team with the most innovative technological developments to remain one of the leading companies in expert and architectural solutions, driving the maintenance, improvement, and/or rehabilitation of properties.

2012

onSedi was founded under the name Ingenium Propietarios, a company specialising in the maintenance of real estate assets through its line of technical architectural solutions, but with a vision that clearly prioritised technological developments in the property services sector.

2013

We expanded our portfolio by incorporating expert solutions and establishing ourselves as a specialised property consultancy.

2014

Technological developments were launched to digitise the execution of our solutions as a key differentiator, with the clear goal of streamlining and reducing the cost of all processes while simultaneously improving quality.

2015

We became the provider of expert solutions for Mutua de Propietarios, Spain’s oldest property insurance specialist.

2016

Through our architectural solutions line, we consolidated our position as one of the leading companies in carrying out Technical Building Inspections (ITEs) in Spain.

2017

We incorporated the Facility Management line, offering property maintenance management solutions for both owners and building managers.

2018

New office opened in Madrid. The new technological tool, CoP (Communication Platform), was launched – a platform for delivering remote solutions, pioneering services such as tele-expert assessments and the remote control, monitoring, and management of repairs.

2019

We continued our strong growth, surpassing 60,000 interventions per year, and consolidating a value proposition that unites the technical excellence of over 400 employees and collaborating technicians with technological developments that enhance the quality, speed, and transparency of information.

2020

onSedi becomes a provider of expert assessments for BBVA Seguros, strengthening its national leadership in property assessments.

With the onset of the pandemic, the Communication Platform (CoP) becomes a key tool for delivering online expert solutions in real time. This innovation reduces travel, improved response times, and advanced operational sustainability.

2021

onSedi begins collaborating with public administrations on projects to improve and preserve properties, while expanding its impact with expert solutions for additional insurers.

2022

Driven by the Next Generation EU Funds, onSedi expands its architectural solutions portfolio and consolidates its role as a Rehabilitator Agent, a figure that manages the comprehensive rehabilitation of buildings. This progress positions the company as a benchmark in sustainable engineering and improving energy efficiency in buildings.

2023

onSedi breaks two major records: completing over 50,000 video assessments and issuing more than 500,000 expert reports.

The company collaborates in the implementation of the RER Plan for the energy rehabilitation of residential buildings, financed by the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the European Commission’s ELENA programme.

Additionally, onSedi inaugurates the Badía del Vallès Technical Rehabilitation Office, acting as a Rehabilitator Agent and preparing building records and improvement projects.

2024

onSedi strengthens its presence in Madrid, increasing billing in the city centre by more than 80%.

The company works with the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros by assessing thousands of claims caused by the floods in Valencia, demonstrating its responsiveness and commitment to public service.

2025

onSedi consolidates its position in the sector, being awarded several strategic public contracts for both expert and architectural solutions.
