Building Evaluation Report (IEE)
We carry out the Building Assessment Report (IEE), the mandatory report that certifies the current state of the property in terms of conservation, accessibility and energy efficiency, and we present its results to the community and/or the property manager.
The IEE includes the evaluation of the state of conservation of the building, the analysis of compliance with accessibility regulations and the review necessary to obtain the energy efficiency certificate, valid for all floors of the building.
The execution times and the scope of the inspection vary depending on the autonomous community, province or municipality in which the building is located.
In addition, we prepare a personalized report of the property, with technical recommendations for correcting the deficiencies detected, and we present it to the community and/or the property manager, who decides whether to submit it to the competent administration.
