The facade had deteriorated cladding in the tribune area and above the shutter boxes, ceramic pieces in poor condition, degraded areas of exposed brickwork and problems with water protection.
Project outcome
The project completely renovated the grandstand and roller shutter boxes using reinforced mortars and an acrylic finish. In the exposed brickwork, damaged pieces were replaced, the joints were repointed, and a transparent water-repellent coating was applied after the surface was cleaned. The grandstand roof waterproofing was also renewed with a two-layer system and new ceramic paving. The result was a completely updated façade, with greater durability and improved weather resistance.
