Initial state
The building exhibited dampness, deterioration of the terraces, watertightness problems, and corrosion in structural reinforcement. Pathologies were also observed in the walls and downpipes.
Project outcome
The project included the complete renovation of the commercial space’s terrace and a rooftop terrace, with new waterproofing, slope stabilization, and ceramic tile flooring. Perimeter walls were repaired, cladding was replaced, and slab edges were treated with structural mortar. A section of the commercial space’s floor slab was also reinforced, and the downpipes in the courtyards were replaced. To optimize resources, the entire main façade was repainted. The result was an overall improvement in the building’s watertightness, safety, and durability.
