The premises were previously intended for a data processing center and did not meet the functional, regulatory and accessibility requirements for its transformation into public service offices and internal workspaces.
Project outcome
The renovation completely reorganized the layout, creating a customer service area at the front and an internal office at the rear. A structural mezzanine was built, automatic doors and ramps were installed, and the windows and doors were replaced to improve natural light. The building services, climate control systems, and all finishes were updated, ensuring compliance with the Spanish Building Code (CTE), the Spanish Building Regulations (LOE), and specific regulations for office use. The result was a modern, accessible space, perfectly adapted to its new corporate purpose.
