Building Book
The essential tool to understand, maintain and improve your building.
The Building Book is a technical document that compiles all the information needed to assess the state of conservation, maintenance, and improvement possibilities of a property.
It provides details of its physical and technical characteristics, level of efficiency and accessibility, and outlines the measures required to ensure its conservation, safety, and modernisation.
Having a Building Book makes it possible to plan, prioritise and access financing on a solid and reliable technical basis.

How it works
1. Collection of technical information
We analyse existing documentation and the actual condition of the building.
2. Use and maintenance manual
We define the actions required to keep the property in good condition.
3. Maintenance plan
We establish a ten-year annual schedule covering mandatory, optional and recommended tasks.
4. Rehabilitation programme
Based on the diagnosis carried out in the ITE or IEE, the required actions are established, the costs are estimated and the execution of the works is scheduled in order of priority.
5. Study of improvement potential
We assess opportunities for improvement in accessibility, efficiency, safety and comfort, with an indicative economic assessment.
