Multi-family building in Barcelona

The project focused on the renovation of the balconies on the main façade of a multi-family building between party walls, constructed in 1970 in the Eixample district of Barcelona.

The work included structural repairs and waterproofing of the balcony slabs, replacement of the railing anchors, and the installation of new ceramic paving with perimeter tiles designed to facilitate water drainage. Work was also carried out on the interior courtyards, the roof, and the skylights, including glass replacement, painting of metal structures, and replacement of deteriorated cladding.

The final result was a comprehensive renovation that improved the building’s safety, watertightness, and durability, ensuring its preservation and adapting it to current maintenance and construction efficiency standards.
