Building Energy Performance Certificate
The solution that certifies and improves your building’s efficiency
onSedi’s Energy Efficiency Certificate solution ensures regulatory compliance and provides a precise technical assessment of the energy consumption and CO2 emissions of a building, home or commercial premises.
Through an identification label, the property is assigned an efficiency class ranging from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient), in accordance with Royal Decree 390/2021 of 1 June and RD 659/2025 of 22 July.
Our specialised technicians analyse the building’s energy performance and prepare the complete certification report, including personalised improvement recommendations to optimise performance and reduce energy costs.
