Our company recognizes the importance of ensuring that all people, regardless of their ability, age or the technology they use, are able to browse our web site.<\/p>

For this reason, we have adopted criteria to improve the accessibility of our website based on the WCAG\/WAI guidelines of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), which is the supranational organization responsible for overseeing technologies and the adoption of Internet standards.<\/p>

In this sense, the development of the website has been based on compliance with the WCAG 2.1 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines of the W3C-WAI at its AA requirement.<\/p>

Some of the functionalities that have been implemented on our websites, under the onriskseguros.com domain, in order to make their content more accessible, are:<\/p>

  • The visual characteristics of the portal (font, font colour, background colour, etc.) are defined by the style sheet, allowing the user to customize the text.<\/li>
  • Font sizes are defined in relative units, so you can increase or decrease the font size using the browser options.<\/li>
  • The pages have a clear structure, both for users who can see all the content and for those who read the information with a screen reader, users who have disabled the style sheet, etc. With this aim in mind, section headings, lists and all the elements that contribute to the general understanding of the site have been defined using the HTML code.<\/li>
  • The HTML and CSS code used conforms to formal grammars to ensure that content is displayed correctly in different browsers.<\/li>
  • Customizable accessibility widget that allows users to:
    • Increase font size<\/li>
    • Reverse colours or switch to high contrast<\/li>
    • Highlight links<\/li>
    • Enable a skip to content button<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
