Where do the data we process come from?<\/h3><p>We will obtain your personal data directly from you, through the website (www.onsedi.com), by telephone or through email exchanges.<\/p><p>The requests and forms you complete will provide us with the necessary personal data about you, as well as, with your consent, information about your browsing habits through the cookies used on the website. In this regard, you may consult information in our Cookie Policy. If the information required in these forms or requests is not provided, or is provided incorrectly, we will not be able to respond to your service request or application.<\/p><p>In some cases, we may also receive data from third parties, such as companies with which we work. To provide the services you contract or in connection with one of the services offered by ONSEDI, and all related activities, including administrative matters. Such processing shall be carried out as required to perform the existing contract. For this purpose, we may process the following data categories:<\/p><ul><li>Identification data: full name, tax identification number (NIF\/DNI), postal address, email, telephone number, signature, electronic signature.<\/li><li>Personal details: marital status, family data, date of birth, place of birth, age, sex, nationality.<\/li><li>Social circumstances data: housing\/accommodation characteristics, properties or possessions, licences.<\/li><li>Commercial information data: activities or businesses, commercial licences.<\/li><li>Economic, financial and insurance data: income and earnings, investments and assets, credit, loans and sureties, bank details, payroll data, tax deduction and tax data, insurance, credit card.<\/li><li>Details of transactions for goods and services: goods and services contracted.<\/li><\/ul><p>Detailed information regarding data protection for the provision of services will be set out in the agreement entered into.<\/p><p>2. ONSEDI may contact its clients through the contact channels provided to request feedback on contracted products or services, for the purpose of analysing this information and improving service quality. You may object at any time to any of these legitimate interest-based processing activities via the means indicated in section 7 \u201cWhat are your rights and how can you exercise them?\u201d of this privacy policy. For this purpose, we may process the following data categories:<\/p><ul><li>Identification data: full name.<\/li><li>Contact details: telephone or email.<\/li><li>Data provided or processed during the survey or interaction.<\/li><\/ul><p>6. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To communicate via WhatsApp<\/strong><\/span> related to service follow-up, as well as responding to requests through this medium, based on the consent given to use this channel. Please note that WhatsApp is a third-party platform subject to its own terms and conditions of use and privacy policy. ONSEDI will only process data provided in the conversation with ONSEDI as the data controller, for the purposes described in this privacy policy.<\/p><ul><li>Identification data: full name, telephone.<\/li><li>Data provided or processed during the conversation itself.<\/li><\/ul><p>7. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To process quotes requested<\/strong><\/span> by clients or potential clients for services provided by ONSEDI, including communications related to these quote requests, based on the <strong>pre-contractual relationship<\/strong> between the parties. For this purpose, we will process the following data categories:<\/p><ul><li>Identification data: full name, tax identification number (NIF\/DNI), postal address, email, telephone.<\/li><li>Social circumstances data: housing\/accommodation characteristics, properties or possessions, licences.<\/li><li>Commercial information data: activities or businesses, commercial licences.<\/li><li>Details of transactions for goods and services: goods and services requested.<\/li><\/ul><p>8. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To outsource and administratively and contractually manage services with suppliers<\/strong><\/span>, based on the <strong>contractual relationship<\/strong>. For this purpose, we will process the following data categories:<\/p><ul><li>Identification data: full name, tax identification number (NIF\/DNI), postal address, email, telephone.<\/li><li>Social circumstances data: licences.<\/li><li>Commercial information data: activities or businesses, commercial licences.<\/li><li>Employment details (profession, job position).<\/li><li>Details of transactions for goods and services: goods and services contracted.<\/li><\/ul><p>9. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To process CVs received and candidate selection processes<\/strong><\/span> for existing vacancies, based on the pre-contractual relationship. For this purpose, we will process the following data categories:<\/p><ul><li>Identification data: full name, tax identification number (NIF\/DNI), postal address, email, telephone number, signature, image.<\/li><li>Personal details: date of birth, age, sex, nationality, mother tongue.<\/li><li>Academic and professional details: education\/degrees, student history, professional experience, membership in professional associations or colleges.<\/li><li>Employment details: profession, job position, non-financial payroll data, employment history.<\/li><\/ul><p>If you send us your CV via the \u201cWork with Us\u201d form, we will process it based on your consent for its retention until there are vacancies that match your profile. We will retain it until you withdraw your consent.<\/p><p>10. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To manage the whistleblowing channel<\/strong><\/span> made available to employees, suppliers, clients, and any other third party wishing to report any matter to ONSEDI through this channel, based on the <strong>legal obligation<\/strong> established in Directive (EU) 2019\/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.<\/p><ul><li>Identification data of the whistleblower (when the report is not anonymous) or of the persons affected by the complaint: full name, email, telephone.<\/li><li>Professional data: position, job functions, etc.<\/li><li>Personal details: date of birth, age, sex, nationality.<\/li><li>Other data contained in the complaint.<\/li><\/ul><p>11. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To prevent, detect and control fraud<\/strong><\/span>, based on compliance with <strong>legal obligations<\/strong> applicable to ONSEDI, in accordance with Article 6.1(c) of the GDPR and Article 8.1 of Organic Law 3\/2018, as well as other applicable regulations. The data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the necessary verifications and checks to prevent, detect, and control potential fraud situations during the provision of services. For this purpose, we will process the following data categories:<\/p><ul><li>Identification data: full name, tax identification number (NIF\/DNI), postal address, email, telephone.<\/li><li>Personal details: date of birth, age, sex, nationality.<\/li><li>Economic, financial, and transaction data involving goods and services: bank details, information on payments made, information on contracted services, transactions carried out, and records associated with those transactions.<\/li><\/ul><h3>4. How long do we keep your personal data?<\/h3><p>Data processed for the performance of contracts will be retained during the contractual relationship and thereafter for the statute of limitations period for any legal claims that may arise. Data processed on the basis of consent will be retained until such consent is withdrawn, without affecting the validity of processing carried out beforehand. Data processed on the basis of legitimate interest will be retained as long as necessary to achieve the intended purpose and, if necessary, thereafter for the statute of limitations period for any legal claims that may arise.<\/p><h3>5. To whom may we disclose or transfer your data?<\/h3><p>The personal data processed by ONSEDI to achieve the purposes detailed above may be disclosed to the following recipients:<\/p><ul><li>Data disclosures to ensure the proper management of the contractual relationship:<ul><li>Financial and banking institutions for the management of collections and payments;<\/li><li>Entities within the Mutua de Propietarios Group for the centralised management of IT, organisational, and administrative resources; and<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Data disclosures carried out to comply with applicable legal obligations:<ul><li>Public Administration authorities with competence in the matter, law enforcement agencies, and Courts and Tribunals in the event of requests from them, or for the defence of ONSEDI\u2019s rights;<\/li><li>Audit entities, in the case of internal audits based on ONSEDI\u2019s legitimate interest or audits required by law.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Other transfers:<ul><li>Vendors of other products or services so that they may send you direct marketing communications, where you have authorised us to do so.<\/li><li>Third parties, to the extent that you have authorised us to do so or when permitted or required by law.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>Additionally, your data may be processed by ONSEDI\u2019s service providers (technological service providers such as database providers and professionals such as experts and technicians) with whom ONSEDI maintains a contractual relationship. All of them will process the data on behalf of and under the instruction of ONSEDI, for which the corresponding data processing arrangements have been established in accordance with the GDPR.<\/p><h3>6. International transfers<\/h3><p>Your personal data may be disclosed to recipients located, or whose data centres are located, in countries outside the European Economic Area, including countries that do not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Union.
